This is a 65 mph U.S. highway. No shoulders whatsoever. We'd never get away with that in Minnesota!

I just wasn't in the mood for taking more pics, so from about 5:45 until about 10:30 I didn't. Here's the moon. You've seen it before.

The red taillights on the left are a guy going north on the inside southbound lane of I-35 just north of Des Moines. Idiot. The right-most whitish lights are the cop in the northbound lanes and the two pair of white lights to his left are vehicles southbound approaching the village idiot.
